Nursing Assistant (m/f/d)

As a Nursing Assistant you are qualified as an assistant in the field of care, support and provision of people of all ages and work mostly in hospitals / retirement homes / residential groups and facilities for the disabled. The tasks are usually carried out under the direction of nursing staff.

Main tasks differ depending on the place of employment - e.g. hospital and nursing homes.

IHRE AUFGABEN

• Protocol of the condition of the patients and the care measures taken to care for them
• Assist patients with toileting needs, provide bathing assistance
• Help patients with dressing
• Support patients with eating, as well as recording food and fluid intake for the patient file
• Ensure patient hygiene and change bedding
• Make patients feel safe and secure in their environment
• Monitore blood pressure
• Measure temperature and monitoring weight
• Carry out of night and weekend shifts
• Constant on-call duty during working hours

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN

• Training as a nursing assistant or comparable qualification
• Knowledge of German (at least B1 level)
• Willingness to work in a three-shift system
• Empathy and joy in dealing with patients
• Team and communication skills
• Good judgement skills
